At Rook Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our fresh-roasted beans and bottled brews. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a resolution.
Return Process

Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your coffee or merchandise.
- 2.Verification
For quality control purposes, we may ask for a photo of the product or the roast date printed on the bag to help us improve our small-batch process.
- 3.Return Shipment
If returning non-perishable merchandise like apparel or brewing gear, ensure items are unused and in original packaging before mailing them back.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
